Company Introduction LOCKSIS was established in 2009 at Venture Center of Seoul National University College of Engineering to commercialize DIY door lock which was developed by outstanding individuals of Seoul National University College of Engineering that is the country’s most prestigious university. Electronic Touch Lever Lock developed by LOCKSIS received the grand prize in Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition in 2010, and it proved its technological power by 5 registered patents and 4 patent-pending. Digital door lock’s penetration rate in Korean homes is about 60% due to its security and convenience, and technology development is the best in the world. However, there are problems in installing at various doors or in relocation since installation requires making holes on the door, which needs to be done by professional technician. And it has excellent durability and high breaking strength since it is made of stainless steel material. Especially, we are being lavishly praised by many overseas buyers on the eco-features of Smart Lever Lock including use of stainless steel as a material, simple design, DIY installation and 50% reduction of battery consumption, etc. Moreover we have exported sample products to more than 10 countries in the North America, South America, Asia and Middle East, and on the strength of such an upward trend, it is expected that LOCKSIS will export Smart Lever Lock in earnest in 2014.
